I really enjoy doing panoramas, or stitching more than one photo together to make a long image, this one is slightly different in that it is a vertical panorama of five photos stitched together from top to bottom. I know it doesn't look like it is more than one photo, I actually took shots starting from my feet then up and up until the camera was pointing straight above me at the branches.
This view is from Taranna looking in a westerly direction towards Hobart, the lights in the distance are from Lauderdale and was taken at 8.30pm, the glow is both from the remnants of sunset two hours earlier and the light pollution from Hobart.
